In 2020, Owner Anthony Guido took over Mariposa Landing with a clear vision to transform it from a traditional marina into a vibrant waterfront destination. What started as a family-run operation has evolved into a modern lifestyle hub focused on boating, community, energy, and experience. Today, Mariposa Landing blends heritage with forward thinking creating a place where people don’t just dock their boats, they become part of something bigger.
